Registration


STEP 1

Pay $300 Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee. Paying this enrollment fee means we save your spot in the class for next year. Please pay via PayPal or check made out to WPENS. Please write your "Child's Name/Class" in the memo line. This fee includes $200 materials fee + $50 fall + $50 spring WASCAE registration fee that we will collect and pay on your behalf.


STEP 2

Download PENS REGISTRATION FORM 25-26 Fill out the registration form and return to membership@wpens.org

RETURNING FAMILIES/STUDENTS - You do not need to complete the registration form again, however please be sure all your contact information and TB is up to date. We will reach out if anything needs your attention.

NEW FAMILIES/STUDENTS - Please complete one registration form per adult that will be working in the classroom. There will be 2 attachments: Child Immunization Record and Parent TB Proof. For part 10a and 10b (Volunteer Information and Background Check), please head to the following link - Informed K12.  If you have any questions feel free to email membership@wpens.org with questions.
